Haraz Reserve is our most significant coffee. Sourced from the ancient growing region of Bani Haraz in the mountains of Yemen — the country where coffee was first cultivated and traded — this medium roast carries the weight of that history in every cup. Blended with Ethiopian beans to balance tradition and intensity, it opens with warm, spiced character and rustic-tinged sweetness, carries a thick body with mild acidity, and finishes deeply bittersweet with hints of fruit and tobacco that linger on the palate. Yemen's coffee supply is limited and our access to it is limited with it. We stock Haraz Reserve when we can and it sells when we do. If you see it available — it's worth having.
